Connie Harris -Williams is a visionary, motivator, educator, humanitarian and a Women of God. For over 16 years, Mrs. Harris-Williams has been happily married to her soulmate and husband Clarence Williams. She is the mother of four children and the grandmother of four amazing grandchildren who she absolutely adores.
Mrs. Harris-Williams is currently employed at the Department of Veteran’s Affairs. She has worked diligently in the healthcare field for 20 years. As a part of her tenure, she was nominated for the VAH 2013 Woman of the Year. She prides herself on providing exceptional patient care to Veterans and their families that she feels they are so very deserving of. She also serves as a Safe Patient Handling Unit Peer Leader. Ms. Harris has been an expert in Safe Patient Handling for 9 years. Her expertise in Safe Patient Handling has been very significant in educating other staff members on the use of proper SPH equipment to reduce work-related injuries.

The staff and volunteers at A Caring Hand Foundation for Pregnant Teens care and are here for you too. We want to come alongside you and empower you to continue on the path God has for your life and for the life of your baby. My son graduated with a B.A. Degree and works side by side with me in the foundation. I am married and have mothered three lovely and self-sufficient daughters who also volunteer in the foundation. I am so grateful for all of the lessons that I have learned along the way.
Mrs. Harris-Williams has many great personal traits and achievements. She believes in continuous improvement and is always looking for ways to grow and improve her skills and expertise. She is a self-motivator and seeks to always motivate others. Her humanitarianism allowed her to travel out of the country volunteering at AIDS orphanages in South Africa and Honduras. In June 2016, she graduated from Kingdom World Midwest College of Theology with an Associate’s Degree in Biblical Studies.
Mrs. Harris-Williams is also the Founder of “A Caring Hand (ACH) Foundation for Pregnant Teens, Inc., a nonprofit 501(c) 3 organization founded in 2012. This foundation works to develop programs which have a strong focus on youth development, goal setting, high school graduation, and college enrollment. This amazing organization has positively impacted the lives of many teenage mothers by providing the services listed above, as well as care packages and other much needed resources. Mrs. Harris-Williams strongly believes that if you positively impact the life of a teen mother, you will change generations to come.
